Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Storm Strong, LLC (“Peptivik,” “we,” “us”). By using peptivik.com, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
What Peptivik is — and is not
Peptivik is a patient intake and care coordination platform. Peptivik is not a licensed medical provider, pharmacy, or healthcare practice, and using the platform does not create a physician–patient relationship with Peptivik.
Medical services are provided by Beluga Health, P.A., an independent medical group. All clinical decisions — including whether to prescribe — are made solely by independent licensed physicians. Approved prescriptions are prepared by state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies and shipped with cold-chain packaging where required.
Eligibility
You must be a United States resident, 18 years of age or older, and located in a state where the requested service is available. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in your intake — providers rely on it to make clinical decisions, and inaccurate answers can be dangerous.
Not for emergencies
Peptivik and its affiliated providers do not handle medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Content on this site is provided for information and coordination purposes and is not medical advice.
Prescriptions are never guaranteed
Submitting an intake is a request for evaluation, not a purchase of medication. A licensed provider independently reviews every request and may approve it, decline it, or recommend something different. Declined requests are not charged.
Payment terms
When you complete an intake, your payment card is saved through a secure form hosted by Stripe, our payment processor. You are not charged at that time.
Your saved card is charged only if a licensed provider approves your treatment. For ongoing protocols, billing then recurs monthly at the price shown on your protocol’s card until you cancel. Prices are shown before you submit; taxes or shipping, where applicable, are disclosed at checkout.
To cancel future charges, or for any billing question, contact support@peptivik.com. Because each order involves an individual provider review and compounded preparation, billing concerns are handled case by case.
Compounded medications
Compounded medications are prepared for individual patients by state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies. They are not FDA-approved drugs, and the FDA does not review compounded preparations for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are dispensed.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misrepresent your identity or health information, use the platform on behalf of another person without authorization, attempt to obtain medication for resale, or interfere with the security or operation of the service. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
Intellectual property
The Peptivik name, site design, and content are the property of Storm Strong, LLC and are protected by law. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them without written permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peptivik disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in these Terms alters the responsibility of licensed providers and pharmacies for the professional services they deliver.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the platform will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
If we change these Terms, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
