Testing

The paperwork behind the vial.

Compounded medications should come with receipts. Here is how certificates of analysis and stability studies work — and a current sample from the licensed pharmacy network that fills Peptivik prescriptions.

Certificate of Analysis (COA)A lab report tied to one specific production lot. It documents what testing found for that exact batch — typically identity and potency, plus sterility-related testing where applicable — before it is dispensed.
Stability studyTesting of how a preparation holds up over time and outside refrigeration — the "what if the box sits on a hot porch" question — expressed as measured temperature ranges and durations, not guesses.
Lot numberThe tracing key printed on the vial label. It connects the vial in your hand to the COA for the batch it came from — which is exactly what you can ask us for.
Published lots — current sample

Sampled from the dispensing network’s published COA library on September 21, 2026. Lots rotate as batches are produced and dispensed — these are examples of the documentation standard, not an inventory list, and not a claim about which lot fills a given prescription. PT-141, the newest addition to our lineup, is not yet listed in the network’s published library; its lots will appear here when the pharmacy publishes them.

Shipping & temperature

The network also publishes temperature-excursion studies — measured answers to what happens if a shipment spends time outside refrigeration. Published findings, as stated by the testing pharmacies:

StudyPublished findingDated
Tirzepatide — room temperatureStable for 4 days at ambient temperature.Mar 2026
Tirzepatide — elevated temperatureStable for 2 days at 40°C (104°F) — studied by two independent compounders.May 2026
Tirzepatide & semaglutide co-formulations (Hyalo)Stable for 4 days at 60°C (140°F).2026–2027 lots
Semaglutide/glycine — temperature excursion, 0–60°CMinor degradation observed only at 60°C by day 4.Aug 2025

Excursion studies describe tested shipping scenarios — they are not storage instructions. Always follow the storage and handling directions on your medication label.

Check your own vial

Every vial dispensed to you carries a lot number on its label. Email it to support@peptivik.com and we’ll request the certificate of analysis for that exact lot from the dispensing pharmacy.

Prescriptions through Peptivik are filled by state-licensed compounding pharmacies in our medical partner’s dispensing network; the pharmacy that fills a given prescription varies by state and product. Certificates of analysis and stability studies are documents produced and published by those pharmacies and their testing partners, reproduced here for education — Peptivik does not manufacture, compound, test, or handle medication.
